Main Duties

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons in various subjects, including math, reading, writing, science, and social studies, tailored to the needs of students.
• Assist students in various activities promoting physical, mental, and social development.
• Use a systematic plan of lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and field trips to teach.
• Identify the learning needs of every child.
• Prepare tests, administer and correct them.
• Assign homework as well as check it to determine mistakes.
• Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, projects, and observations, adjusting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
• Work closely with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to improve the overall educational experience for students.
